Information is collected and stored when you access BPMContext web based service. We collect, store and use very limited amount of information in order to ensure our users the highest level of security and privacy to operate their business. The types of information we collect can be classified as personal information. Personal information helps to identify an individual, like an email address, or is directly linked, like demographic or domain names, to information to identify an organization. Unlike our web based service, the marketing website may utilize aggregate data. Aggregate data is collected about a category of users but any individual identify data is not associated to this information. Aggregate data will not include access to business data stored via BPMContext. This policy will not provide restrictions or limits to collecting and using aggregate data to share with third parties for various purposes, including improvements to services, marketing, advertising and customer analysis.
Information You Provide: The information that we collect is what you provide us directly on our website and the account registration process. The personal information you provide and send us via a form includes your name, email name and company name. As a user of the service you may also provide us with your external partner’s email addresses when collaborating, routing and sharing pages, folders or files with them. We may also receive personal information, such as an email address, through other users, for example if they have tried to route and share something with you or tried to refer BPMContext to you.
Files: We collect and store media, text and scanned files that you upload, download or access with BPMContext (“Files”). We do not access files to be able to associate previously uploaded documents to your account therefore duplicates may exist. Files are double encrypted to provide users with an additional level of security and privacy in the context of their account.
Information Related to Data Collected for our Clients
BPMContext collects information under the direction of its Clients, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. If you are a customer of one of our Clients and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Clients that use our service, please contact the Client that you interact with directly. We may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our service. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the service agreements with our Clients.
Tracking Technologies: Cookies, beacons, tags and scripts are used by [company name] and our partners [specify type e.g. marketing partners], affiliates, or analytics or service providers [specify type e.g. online customer support provider, etc]. These technologies are used in analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies on an individual as well as aggregated basis.
Log Files: As is true of most web sites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. We do not link this automatically collected data to other information we collect about you.

Email: Announcement emails will be emailed directly to the address that you provide when you register. BPMContext sends announcement email communications to provide information about our products and services. These messages may include notifications based on your user profile, marketing and promotional announcements regarding support or products and services, and account usage notices concerning updates, billing, expirations, or violations.
Opt-In/Out: You have the option to set your opt-in/out preference using the settings provided by the service or application. If after you register with a BPMContext service or application, you will have an alternative option to opt-in/out of receiving marketing and promotional announcements by following the instructions provided in the main body of the email. Opt-in/out requests will not apply to transactional service messages, such as security alerts, system notifications and notices about your current account and services.
Website: We may place email links and or forms on our Website to allow you to contact us directly. The Personal Information you provide in these links and forms is used to respond directly to your questions or comments. We may also file your comments on our FAQ page to improve customer support and discard the Personal Information.
4. Information: Share
Account Settings: You can control access to how personal information is displayed on your home page and discussion section and elsewhere according to the preferences you set in your account. You may review, update, correct, or delete information in your account settings as you chose, at any time.
Partners: Trusted third party companies that help us deliver the service (including but not limited to data storage, web analytics, payment processing and features improvements). We will not give, sell, rent, share, trade any personal information, files, or data that you store using our services except outlined in this Policy or with your consent.
External Users: BPMContext includes collaboration and social communication features that support sharing information, pages, files and discussions. Customers control the sharing features. These features are disabled until such time a customer enables them for use with contacts external to their organization. Those users can only see the information that a customer indicates is shared with them. This may include profile information such as name, photo and any pages, documents, and files. External users may also be given the right to read only or to edit such shared files, to upload documents and photos to your shared files.
Access and Choice
If your personally information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may update, delete or deactivate it by making the change on our User Manager page or by emailing our Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org or by contacting us by postal mail at the contact information listed below. We will respond to your request to access within 30 days.
If you are a customer of one of our Clients through the BPM Platform and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Clients that use our service, please contact the Client that you interact with directly. If the Client requests BPMContext to remove the data, we will respond to their request within 30 days.
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
BPMContext will retain personal data we process on behalf of our Clients on the BPM Platform for as long as needed to provide services to our Client. 5. Information: Protected
The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information such as login credentials, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).
